Greetings from MT
Greetings from MT, I have finished another year of teaching. It is so hard to believe. The Park City public voted down building a new school, so a double wide trailer will be added to the school playground this fall. The first grade will move into it. Abby is so disappointed that she hasn't made it into the building yet. I think I mentioned that Tim and Jodi are engaged. We are going fishing with them this weekend. Christine and kids are doing well. We have been going to Abby's baseball games and loving it. Jodi graduated from MSU-Bozeman with a degree in cell-biology. Tim is starting a new business again. Tom continues to work at the same place as an assistant manager. He thinks he runs the place. I don't have any real plans for the summer. Renee

It's fun to look back!
I was just editing some pictures and happened to open this folder up--- It sure made me smile-- I hope you all have the same reaction! We love being with you all and can't wait for the next time! Maybe that time we'll get a picture of ALL the next generation of kids! There will be so many little ones!!
A little coffee party for the boys...
Reading with Rebekah!
An exciting game of basketball
"Please, Grandpa Doug!! Just one more time of "ring around the rosey"!!!! We aren't dizzy yet, ARE YOU????"

This is so Great!
Thanks for the news from the Kasowski families and Jon and Bets! It is so nice to feel connected! We'll get the Crosbys on here yet! It will probably take awhile for everyone to get used to checking the site and writing on it. We went to Jon's softball game tonight for awhile. Jerod went with Betsy and the kids so he could play with Simon. Simon loves Jerod and the feeling is mutual! Jerod will be going to a week of Pipe Welding School in Ohio the 7th of June through the 15th...THen hopefully a job!! My last day of classes with students was today and tomorrow we have teacher record keeping and clean up day. I am taking a class on Native American Culture the last week of May. It will put me on the next lane of the pay scale, so decided I should take it. Carl has been home for a couple of weeks. He has done 2 Bible distributions with the Gideons this week. They gave out about 500 Testaments to students at 2 middle schools in Fargo. We have the promise that God's Word will accomplish that for which it was sent. PTL! All for now. Betty
I need to learn how to add pictures to this.

Our Special Day

Here we are on our special day. Mazie is wearing the gown that Jane & I both wore when we were dedicated. We weren't sure that it would fit- but it fit our little peanut like it was specially made for her! :) It was absolutely wonderful to be able to see Isaac & Joy and of course the rest of the family friends too! Saturday was such a fun day for us to celebrate Jerod's graduation (yahoo, Jerod!!). Seeing many of the Kasowski clan was great too! We missed Matt, Jill, Isaiah & Chris~ but certainly kept you close in our hearts!

The shark is a present from Uncle "I-Dit" (Isaac) and a favorite of ours!! Take note of the strategically placed shark-- thank goodness it's so big--- it hides everything that needs to be hidden! hee hee! :)

Private?
Just wondering if we should make the blog "private" and change the settings so it's not publically on the internet? We could still access it online, but it would only be available to those of us that know about it. I'm thinking security-wise for you, Jill?
Greetings from Greg and Heather!
Hello Everyone!
Greg and I are joining the blog!
We hope you all are doing well and enjoying the fact that summer is almost here. We spent the weekend celebrating graduations in Fargo. It was great to see some of you on Saturday. Greg and I haven't seen Joy and Issac in a long time so even though it was brief, it was nice to say hello!
And I can't believe how cute Simon and Mazie are - they're so adorable and you can definitely tell they are siblings! It was sure fun to see them.
To give a bit of an update on us...we're still living and working in Grand Forks. Greg is teaching English as a Second Language for aound 4 - 6 hours/day. He loves it and is very good at it. Most of his students are from Saudi Arabia/Iran so he enjoys learning about their culture. He then works for a local print shop doing graphic design for another 4 - 5 hours. And he's taking classes online plus being involved in various ministries at our church. He's busy!
I'm still working for UND, planning events and working with students and families. It's challenging and I enjoy it most of the time...though I am often way too busy.
We are tentatively planning a move to South Carolina this summer to attend Columbia International University in the fall. We have been wanting to take this step for sometime but have been saving money and waiting for the right time. We'll be driving up to visit Columbia/CIU in June for a few days while we are in Florida for Mary's brother (Uncle Tony's) Ordination. Dale and Mary will be coming with us as well so we're excited to have time with them. While there we hope to meet with our advisors and look for a house to buy...and as long as everything goes well, we'll make the move in August. Our employers don't know yet so that's been a bit tough...but overall it's exciting!
Since we have no kids, photos are sort of boring. But here's a photo from Valentine's Day of Greg and I.

We look forward to hearing from you all and seeing how life is going for you!
Blessings! Greg and Heather

Hello again dear friends~
Just wanted to send a quick note from China to tell you we miss you guys and are thinking of you lots this spring- for Mazie's fantastic dedication celebration, WRCrosby #2, and spring/summer projects you are all doubtlessly busy with. We wish we coudl be there to be a part of those things with you- to celebrate with you. Yes, we're looking forward to a visit back to the states before too long, but you guys are also gladly welcome to stop over on this side of "town" too! We'd love to have you visit!
Here are a few recent pics. Matt has gotten involved in Kendo- Japanese sword fighting- (for exercise mainly) since we've been here. He loves it and is grateful Isaiah has shown interest in his sword and manly asian armor too...
We'll try to write more soon about our apartment search (hopefully we will have found a great new place for us and a nearby home for our friends who are moving here too by the time we write next!) and about our trip to visit the friends we look forward to working with after our language study season in the capital city.
Much love to you-
Matt and Jill
